  • Prior to beginning his homeowner advocacy in 2006, Shane practiced law in the areas of natural resources, real estate, and product liability law, including the representation of Johnson & Johnson in large latex glove product liability cases. 

  • Shane has presented numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses and CAMICB courses regarding all aspects of construction defect legislation and litigation.
