Hearn & Fleener's Commitment to Colorado Communities.

We fight for Colorado communities in the courtroom. We give back to them everywhere else.

At Hearn & Fleener, protecting communities is not something we do only as attorneys. It is a value that extends into every part of how we live and work. For over 40 years, the team at Hearn & Fleener has invested time, resources, and personal energy into organizations and causes that make Colorado and the world a better place for the people who call it home.

The charitable organizations we support were not chosen for marketing purposes. They were chosen because they matter deeply to the people on our team, to our clients, and to the Colorado communities we serve every day. Our dollars and our time go where our hearts are and we are proud to share that with the communities that have trusted us with their most important legal and financial decisions.

Chances for Children.

Michael Hearn has supported Chances for Children for years as an advocate, volunteer, Board Member, and sponsor. He has visited several countries including Haiti and Dominican Republic to help build orphanages and install wells for various small communities. The team at Hearn & Fleener supports this cause annually.

More Than a Donation. A Personal Commitment.

What distinguishes Hearn & Fleener's charitable efforts from a simple corporate giving program is the personal involvement of our team members. Our founding partner Michael Hearn has traveled internationally to build orphanages and install water wells. Our team members serve meals at the Denver Rescue Mission. Our staff participate in food drives for families across Southern Colorado. The causes we support are not causes we write a check to and move on from. They are causes we show up for.

We share these efforts not to seek recognition but because we believe it matters for our clients and our communities to know who we are as people, not just as attorneys. The values that drive us to fight for Colorado property owners and HOA communities in the courtroom are the same values that drive us to give back to the communities that need a different kind of help outside of it.
