Jenn Seidman has represented homeowners, community associations, and other property owners in construction defect and defective building products litigation for more than twenty years. She has extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts, handling matters involving structural failures, foundation movement, water intrusion, building envelope issues, product defects, and design professional errors.

Jenn is a recognized advocate for Colorado homeowners’ rights. She frequently provides expert commentary to news media, delivers educational presentations, and authors articles on construction defect law developments. Her advocacy extends to the Colorado Legislature, where she supports strengthening consumer protections for homeowners.

Jenn is a mediator and is admitted to practice before all Colorado courts. She lives in Littleton with her children and pets and loves exploring beautiful places.
